Mayapple – Podophyllum peltatum 4/11/2014

Last year at this time, the Mayapples were just a tad farther along than they are now. I’ve not seen the columbine yet, either. I’ll toss out an update when there is something to take a photo of!

Yeah! LIFE continues!!

  1. I was drawn to the nails as well!! But hey don’t ditch the heals too, I don’t think your nails are frivolous, they’re marvelous, even the plants are envious. πŸ˜‰ My Columbine have come up. Hopefully by this point yours are too!

    Grow, grow, grow grow….

      • I think your comment got cut short here! I love to paint my nails, whenever I actually do it I keep staring at them like a little girl. Lol.

Sorry to hear about your Columbine, I think I’ve got 4/4 plants up, no buds or flowers but they survived!

          • There ya go, think positive! πŸ˜‰

I had thought my Astilbes died but they’ve come back. Dunno if they’ll make it through the season though as the trees fill in. Then again my yard is going to change drastically because a big Sugar Maple has to be removed. That halts my landscaping till it’s gone. Good thing is now I will have more sunlight!
