    • I think you nailed it… buying at the junkstore sealed your fate!
      I’m guessing they were mislabeled and that’s how they got to the junkstore. 😉
      You can try pruning them down for the winter and seeing if that helps, but that’s a long shot.
      My buddy bought what she thought was regular roses, and they covered her bed like a ground cover… she liked it. I saw them and told her they were climbers and should be on a trellis, but what do I know? ! They did look great on the ground tho!
