Mom! Mom! Mom!

It’s BABY BIRD time again! Nothing screams Spring like seeing all the little critters coming out. The first chicks I’ve seen this year are these three Common Starlings. They sure were a squawky bunch of kids. I heard them before I looked out the window to see them.  They are sitting on the yew that is right below the suet cage. These guys weren’t hip to landing on the swinging cage. I can’t imagine they have many hours on their pilots licenses yet, as their landings were a bit rough, especially when the branch bounces as each one lands.

      • Yeah tell me about it! Honestly, Texas is great, and its far greener than Arizona, especially because Arizona is almost a barren desert LOL. But in all seriousness, experiencing winters here, or seeing winter in Northern AZ, where it snows and you can visit or live in cabins, I’ve become quite more accustomed to gravitate towards a rural life. Don’t live there now, but, could totally see myself doing that in the future. In some sense, I think it would benefit most in society, even if they don’t do it all the time, you know? The power that just nature has over calming the soul, if that’s how one can put it is quite powerful in a sense. Not something often talked about, yet alone thought about.

Time to fire-up the chair-to-keyboard interface!!!
