I can’t say enough about the beauty of Door County, Wisconsin! On top of all the nature-made stuff to ogle over, the humans do a pretty good job with the flowers. If you’re not familiar with Door County, it is a small peninsula with Lake Michigan on one side and Green Bay on the other. There are many little towns along the two main highways on each side. Many have no more than a post office, a gift shop and a bar… ya-know, just the essentials! Ha!
Other towns really sold to the tourists. We like to visit these towns during the first few (week)days to avoid the crowds. Granted, there’s really not that many folks here. There’s no McDonald’s (no ‘chains’ of any type), amusement parks, movie theaters, water slides… Just small town charm.
This first pot looks just like mine 🙂 Good taste!!
Love the mix of sedum, succulents and annual flowers
Goats on the roof!
We found another plant kaleidoscope! I really want my hubby to make me one.
Even the Post Office was planted to the nines.
Wool RV birdhouse. Very Cute!
This spruce is a cell tower! How’s that for a disguise?!? I wish more could be made to look like trees.
